Our judicial system plays a key role in ensuring justice for the citizens of our country. I’ve witnessed this firsthand. I was honored to have been appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court in 2016 and elected by the citizens of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in 2018.
I believe that all litigants deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, and that common sense and listening to all sides of a case is key to making an informed, fair ruling.
"Judging would-be judges is among the most important decisions voters make." The News-Gazette endorses Rosenbaum - he has performed extremely well in his current post, and "there is no compelling reason to make a change." On a poll conducted by the Illinois State Bar Association,
"Rosenbaum received a perfect 100 on integrity, which is what the public wants to see in its judicial system but too often does not." To view the full endorsement, go to http://www.news-gazette.com/opinion/editorials/2018-10-07/editorial-backing-webber-rosenbaum-seats-bench.html
